How it works

Three simple steps, all part of the app. The whole loop runs on campus, so there is nothing to ship and nothing to pay.

  1. List what you are not wearing

Photograph the front, the back, and the label, and add a few details about its condition. Your listing goes live to students at your school, and both identities stay confidential.

  2. Claim what you need

Browse everything available in your school’s catalog and claim up to three items per week. It is held for you at no cost. You can earn Buttons for keeping good pieces in circulation.

  3. Pick it up at the booth

We message you the booth date and location for your school, then remind you by SMS or push on the day. Walk up, show your claim, and take it home.

Why we do this

Every closet we open belongs to the whole school. Some students come to thrift, some come because they need to, and nothing in the way it works tells you which. That is the design, and it holds on every campus.
